This is the 2nd Silpat notstick Silicone Baking Mat that I have purchased and they are wonderful. I love to bake and these really make baking even more of a pleasure and clean-up a breeze. My daughter could not get over how "neat" the bottoms of the cookies (that I baked on these mats were) not rough or torn. I highly recommend them, you won't be sorry you bought them. Joan

I love this product. I only wish I had also ordered a larger one. I have used them for kneading bread and also baking cookies. Works like a charm. Next to try with pie crust. Why did I wait so long to buy them? Great. Thanks Amazon for carrying these great items.
